About

A Repulse Bay desk for travel demand questions

Workspace Corner began when hotel and ferry clients asked for written seasonal outlooks that sat beside their weekly pace meetings — not another login screen.

Why we exist

Hong Kong operators face compressed decision windows: Mainland holiday shifts, ferry weather cancellations, and OTA voucher campaigns that distort visible pace. We translate those pressures into demand bands and booking-window notes that commercial teams can use the same week.

Our work stays close to the files you already export — occupancy, cancellations, channel mix, sailing loads — and to the public calendars that move inbound leisure. We do not sell software seats; we prepare briefs and briefings.

How we work

Every engagement starts with a scope call that locks markets, channels, and the date when inventory or schedule decisions freeze. We then agree file formats, clean definitions together, and draft assumptions you can contest before the final PDF leaves our desk.

Briefings are held on Hong Kong Island when schedules allow, or remotely for regional teams. One revision pass is included so numbers can absorb late group block changes without reopening the whole study.

Values we keep visible

  • Assumptions written in plain language so a reservations lead can challenge them.
  • Numbers tied to weeks and channels, not abstract “uplift” claims.
  • Respect for confidential booking files — shared only within the named engagement.
  • Honest limits when history is too thin to support a forecast.
