Fees
Pricing tied to scope, not subscription seats
Travel demand forecasting fees reflect how many properties or routes you include, how deep the channel cut runs, and whether a live briefing is required.
| Engagement | Starting fee (HKD) | What moves the quote |
|---|---|---|
| Seasonal Demand Forecast | 48,000 | Number of properties or routes; channel depth; bilingual briefing |
| Booking Pattern Review | 22,000 | Months of history; campaign overlays; same-day walk-up cuts |
| Route & Market Demand Study | Quote | Corridor count; secondary research; partner schedule comparisons |
| Commercial Briefing Day | 12,500 | Attendee count; printed packs; off-island venue |
How estimates are built
After your scope note, we confirm data readiness and send a fixed engagement fee before work starts. Deposits are typically 40% on acceptance, with the balance due on delivery of the final brief. Fees are informational — there is no online checkout on this site.
Multi-property hotel groups and ferry networks often commission a seasonal forecast plus a briefing day as a paired package; ask for a combined figure when both are needed in the same quarter.
