Acceptance

The Site provides information about our travel demand forecasting and booking analytics engagements. Submitting a contact form does not create a consulting contract until we send a written engagement letter you accept.

Services described

Descriptions of fees and engagements are informational. Scope, deliverables, and fees for any forecast or study are confirmed only in a signed engagement letter.

Intellectual property

Text, graphics, and layout on the Site are owned by Workspace Corner or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written consent, except for fair personal use such as printing a page for internal discussion.

Forecasts, spreadsheets, and briefing materials delivered under an engagement remain subject to the intellectual property and confidentiality clauses in that engagement letter.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit malicious content through forms, or scrape the Site in a way that impairs service for others.

Disclaimer

Field notes and sample outlook calendars are general commentary. They are not advice tailored to your property, route, or inventory position. Demand forecasts involve uncertainty; past booking patterns do not guarantee future outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Workspace Corner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site, including lost revenue from decisions made solely on public Site content. Our aggregate liability relating to Site use is limited to HKD 1,000.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or use of the Site.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
